This versatile chocolate blend is specially formulated with a higher cocoa butter content, so that you don't need to add oil before using it in a chocolate fountain. Some chocolates designed for chocolate fountains can be oily and bland, but at JM Posner we DON'T use oils in our Belgian chocolate, only cocoa butter: This means you get a better quality, better tasting chocolate with more health benefits for yourself and your customers, that will keep them coming back for more.
